MacDisk · A tidy little cleaner for your Mac
MacDisk is a tidy little cleaner for your Mac. One click finds the caches, Xcode leftovers, old iPhone backups and duplicate files filling your disk. Everything goes to the Trash first, so nothing is lost by accident.
45.6 GB ready to clean
Your Mac is almost full: only 3.5 GB left.
Try it. This demo is just for fun and doesn't touch your files.

What it finds
Ten tools in one calm app. Each one shows you exactly what it found before anything moves.
Caches, logs, Xcode data and the Trash, all scanned in one go. Safe items are picked for you. Everything else waits for your say.
Caches and logs apps leave lying around. Apps rebuild what they need.
Rebuilds itselfDerivedData named by project, device support, simulators, Gradle and npm caches.
Xcode and FlutterSee exactly what's in the Trash before you empty it for good.
Asks before deletingRemoves an app along with its caches, settings and support files. Open apps are left alone.
No leftoversFinds files from apps you deleted long ago by checking them against what's installed.
You review firstSpots the biggest files in your home folder. Nothing is picked until you choose.
Your callCompares files by content, keeps the oldest copy, and skips clones that share space.
By content, not nameOld installers, disk images and archives that have already done their job.
.dmg, .pkg, .zipOld iPhone and iPad backups with device name and date, even from phones you sold.
Often tens of GBBuilt for developers
MacDisk names every DerivedData folder after its project, even Flutter's Runner workspaces, so you know exactly what you're clearing.
Device support files, simulator caches, SwiftUI previews, Gradle and npm caches all rebuild on demand. Archives and package caches you might need are listed but never picked for you.
Safe by design
Every item shows its size, where it lives and why it's there. One click shows it in Finder.
Cleaned items go to the Trash, so you can put anything back. Deleting straight away is a setting you have to turn on.
iCloud and keychain caches are never listed, Apple's own caches are never pre-picked, and open apps are never removed.

Questions
Yes. Caches are copies apps keep so they load faster, and apps rebuild them when needed. MacDisk only pre-picks caches that rebuild on their own, and everything goes to the Trash first.
macOS protects the Trash and iPhone backups. MacDisk needs Full Disk Access only to read those two places. Every other tool works without it.
Any Mac with macOS 15 Sequoia or later. On macOS 26 the floating controls use Liquid Glass.
Only its menu bar item, which checks free space and memory every 20 seconds. Scans run only when you ask for one.
After checkout, Whop emails you a license key, and it's always in your Whop orders. Download MacDisk, paste the key and click Activate. One key unlocks one Mac at a time. To move it, open Settings and click Deactivate This Mac.
